At Unity Developmental Network, our outpatient substance use services are designed to meet individuals where they are in their recovery journey. Guided by our mission to promote resilience, personal growth, and lasting wellness, each program component integrates trauma-informed, culturally competent, and evidence-based practices.
Provides court-ordered or attorney-referred assessments for individuals involved in the legal system due to substance use-related charges or mental health concerns. These evaluations include:
• Substance Use and Mental Health Assessments (ASAM) (Diagnostic Assessment)
• Risk Assessment and Treatment Recommendations
We believe in a rehabilitative approach to justice that supports long-term recovery and reintegration.
Peer Recovery Services are delivered by trained individuals with lived experience in recovery who provide:
• One-on-one mentorship and emotional support
• Recovery planning assistance
• Life skills coaching and relapse prevention
• Assistance with navigating services (housing, employment, education)
Peer services help reduce stigma and foster trust in the recovery process.
Peer-Run Organization is a peer-led support network that offers:
• Community-based peer groups
• Wellness and recovery activities
• Advocacy for mental health and substance use recovery
• Leadership opportunities for individuals in recovery
This initiative builds community, reduces stigma, and promotes recovery through empowerment and self-determination.
It’s a place to connect, grow, and lead — where lived experience is valued as expertise.
Consultation Services in collaboration with other treatment and case management agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations. These include:
• Clinical case consultations
• Staff training on trauma-informed care and substance use interventions
Our goal is to extend high-quality, recovery-oriented care throughout the community.
Supplemental Behavioral Health Services
These services address co-occurring challenges that impact recovery and mental health. Offerings include:
• Individual and group therapy
• Trauma-informed care
• Family counseling
• Anger management and conflict resolution groups
